Due to island wide lock down being announced by our Government, Hardware & DIY Centre and Garden & Fencing Centre will not be taking orders for delivery or pay and collect from stores until Lockdown has been lifted.
All delivery’s arranged before lockdown was announced will be fulfilled as soon as lock down is lifted
Animal & Pet Feed Centre services are as follows- while lock down is in place; Call and Collect available 8-5.
Please phone to order goods and then pay by card over phone.
Our staff will then arrange time for pick up and collection point number to drive to outside of store.
No staff will be available to speak to at collection point so please make sure order is correct at time of card payment.
Only delivery’s classed as essential by States of Guernsey such as Horse and Cattle Feeds will be taken and delivered while lockdown is in place
Animal and Pet Feeds ordered before lockdown will be delivered.
After lockdown is lifted all departments will be offering call and collect or minimum delivery’s order £25.00.
Over 70’s free delivery offered once per week (no minimum delivery value)
We please ask that you be patient on delivery times as this is unprecedented times for all of us and while still trying to service the community it is never something we have had to do on this scale before
Gaudion’s will have up to eight vehicles on road all day after lockdown is lifted.
We will be implementing the following changes to our Fuel station from Wednesday 25th March until further instruction by our government.
As Health and Social Services Departments request our fuel station will be open 11am -1pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday while lockdown is in place to supply essential health and care workers with fuel.
For all our regular customers please only use these times if absolutely necessary and please follow strict States of Guernsey protocol on avoiding contact with others.
When buying fuel please stay in your car and do not come into our petrol kiosk.
We will have card machines which we will bring to your vehicle for payment.
No cash will be taken, only card transactions will be accepted (whenever possible contactless).
Account customers, please remain in your vehicle for your own safety.
Once fuel has been served a staff member will ask for your account name or number, vehicle registration, and name of driver will be written down by staff member.
No signature will be taken.
The member of staff will show you what they have written down and a photograph of the booking can be taken by phone if you wish.
We apologise for any inconvenience these new measures may bring to you but we wish to minimise contact as much as possible for the safety of both our customers and staff.
