REFUND POLICY
If you need to return something for any reason, whether it is not right for the job or you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, you have 2 days to do so. Please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund it.
All items must be in their original packaging and unused. We are unable to accept return of a product which is not in its original, undamaged packaging. Once the item is received back at the store we will initiate the refund to your card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
In the unlikely event that the order is damaged or is incomplete please contact us straight away (within 2 days) and we will do everything we can do to put it right.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
